Job Description 
Through its network of over 1500 offices in 87 countries, WSI delivers thousands of e-Business solutions to small and medium sized businesses annually. Our affordable Internet related services and technologies deliver a maximum return on investment for our customers. We are currently looking to hire Inside Sales Representatives to work out of our St. Augustine , FL location.

On a day to day basis, the Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for speaking to prospective customers over the phone. Sales Representatives are often the first employees to talk with prospects and are responsible for the initial stages of the sales cycle, including; gathering customer information and requirements, passing opportunities to the field, and following up with customers.

Major job duties include

* Partnering with their Account Managers and Internet Marketing Specialists to increase sales and awareness of programs in the region
* Promoting services through aggressive telephone canvassing
* Handling customer service issues
* Outbound calling on Corporate programs in the sales region
* Maintaining an accurate sales database
* Processing appointments
* Giving simple product demonstrations over the web and telephone
* Performing other duties and responsibilities as necessary, including handling inbound calls non-specific to the job

Job requirements and qualifications:

* Consistent track record of achievement.
* Possess excellent phone and computer skills.
* Proven ability to develop good product knowledge to properly position the product.
* The ability to function in a team atmosphere, appreciate aggressive goals.
* Have superior organizational / time management skills .
* A make-it-happen attitude is also desired.

Compensation: Inside Sales Representatives will be compensated with base + commission. Base is equal to $25K with the ability to make $40-50 within the first year.

Hours: M-F 8:30am -5:00pm . This is a contract to hire opportunity with a great company and room for advancement.
